The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (Company) herby informs that between March 24, 2014 and March 27, 2014, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company purchased its own shares in the quantity of 15 900 with the average price of PLN 44.44 per share.
The shares have been bought acting pursuant to the resolution No.5 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 21 June 2013 (see current report No. 8/2013 dated 21 June 2013).
