Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (Netherlands)[1], 31 March 2014 - Pursuant to the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 regarding the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Arseus NV received notifications on 27 March 2014 and on 28 March 2014 from JP Morgan Asset Management UK Ltd. concerning the acquisition or disposal of voting securities. On 27 March the shareholding of JP Morgan Asset Management UK Ltd. has fallen below the disclosure threshold of 3% through the disposal of voting securities and on 28 March the shareholding crossed the disclosure threshold of 3% through the acquisition of voting securities.
