Fourth-quarter 2013 highlights
• Revenue rose to € 580.4 million (Q4 2012: € 578.5 million); revenue per working day rose 1% compared to last year; (January 2014: +2% compared to last year)
• Revenue in the Netherlands rose 4% in January 2014
• Underlying operating expenses were reduced by another 6% compared to last year as planned
• Underlying EBITA rose to € 27.2 million (Q4 2012: € 15.3 million); EBITA margin rose to 4.7% (Q4 2012: 2.6%)
• Underlying net income rose to € 13.2 million (Q4 2012: € 3.8 million)
2013 highlights
• Divestment effected of USG Energy and General Staffing activities in six countries
• Management structure and organisation simplified; operating expenses reduced by a further
€ 33.6 million
• Net debt lowered by € 66 million; financing structure strengthened
• Proposed dividend of € 0.14, payable either in cash or in shares (2012: € 0.12)
