Boussard & Gavaudan Holding Limited (BGHL) announces on 19 December 2013 the sale of its stake in Compagnie des Minquiers, the holding company of the Cofigeo Group. As a result of the operation, BGHL no longer holds a direct or indirect interest in Compagnie des Minquiers.
