The Offering supports the realisation of BAM’s strategic agenda 2013-2015
? Royal BAM Group nv (“BAM”) announces the launch of an equity offering (“the Offering”) of up to 24,152,491 ordinary shares, representing less than 10% of the issued share capital
? The proceeds will be used to strengthen BAM’s capital base and improve its capital ratio, which on successful completion of the Offering would increase to a capital ratio1 of approximately 19.2% (on a pro forma basis) compared to 17.6% at 30 June 2013
? ING AM Insurance Companies B.V. has irrevocably committed to participate in the Offering for approximately 8% of the Offering
