AMSTERDAM (8 October 2013) - The Board of Supervisory Directors of Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and NYSE Euronext: "CLB NA") has announced a cash dividend of $0.32 per share of common stock payable in the fourth quarter of 2013. This fourth quarterly dividend means a total payout of $1.28 per share of common stock resulting from the four dividends declared and paid during the year 2013. The quarterly $0.32 per share cash dividend will be payable on 20 November 2013 to shareholders of record on 18 October 2013. Dutch withholding tax will be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.
