This announcement is made pursuant to prospectus relating to the offering of up to 4,000,000 shares of Peixin International Group N.V. (the “Company”), with a nominal value of EUR 1 each and the admission to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange of up to 16,000,000 Company’s shares, approved on 17 September 2013 by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Stichting Autoriteit Financiele Markten) (the “Prospectus”). Capitalized terms in this document are defined in the Prospectus. The Company hereby informs that upon consultation with the Lead Manager it has determined that: the final number of the Offer Shares is 1,000,000 including the final number of the Offer Shares offered to the Retail Investors is 200,000; the Offer Price per Offer Share is PLN 16.
