Delta Lloyd NV (Delta Lloyd) has completed an equity offering of 4 million new ordinary shares (2.1% of the issued share capital) via an accelerated bookbuild. Delta Lloyd intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to finance the ZA Verzekeringen acquisition that was announced on 20 September 2013. The shares were sold at a price of € 15.74 per new ordinary share. Settlement of the offering and the admittance of the shares to listing and trading on NYSE Euronext in Amsterdam and Brussels is expected to take place on 30 September 2013.
