The adjourned EGM was held at 3:30pm (UK time) on 17 July 2013 at 3rd Floor, NatWest House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WD, Channel Islands, and was able to consider and pass the proposed resolutions as a quorum of members was present at the meeting either in person or by proxy all voting in favour.
