Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (the Netherlands)[1], 24 June 2013 - Arseus discloses the information with respect to the acquisition of treasury shares required under Article 207 of the Royal Decree of 30 January 2001 implementing the Belgian Company Code.
Arseus today announces that on 13 June, it acquired 839 treasury shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels (through an intermediate, acting with a discretionary mandate).
