De Bilt, 23 May 2013 - The annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Grontmij N.V., which was held today, adopted all proposed resolutions.
Mrs K.L. Dorrepaal and Mr A. Jonkman are appointed as member of the Supervisory Board with immediate effect. After the General Meeting Mr Zegering Hadders, who was not available for re-appointment, retired as member of the Supervisory Board in accordance with the rotation schedule. Furthermore, the proposed addition to the remuneration policy was approved.
