At the General Meeting of Shareholders of Exact Holding N.V. (“Exact”) held today, the Annual Accounts 2012 were adopted and the shareholders agreed on a final dividend payout of € 0.56 per share for the financial year 2012. Marinus ter Laak and Hartmut Wagner were appointed as members of the Board of Managing Directors, as proposed by the Supervisory Board. All other agenda points were adopted as well.
