Extraordinary General Meeting Results
The Board of Directors of Leo Capital Growth SPC (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company convened a Shareholders Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 24th April 2013 at 12.00pm at 33 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.
The Directors are pleased to announce the results of this EGM during which Shareholders were invited to vote on two special resolutions both requiring 75% majority:
