Ahold announced today that we received formal confirmation from Hakon Invest that all conditions for the sale of Ahold's share in ICA to Hakon Invest have been met.
The formal announcement of the transaction was on February 11, 2013.
We expect the transaction to be completed on March 27, 2013.
