Gouda, the Netherlands - The Supervisory Board of Royal Imtech N.V. (technical services provider in and outside Europe) announces that as of today Boudewijn Gerner (61) steps down as CFO and member of the Board of Imtech. With effect of 11 February 2013 Hans Turkesteen (49), currently CFO and member of the Board of Management of Stork Technical Services, is appointed as new CFO and nominated as member of the Board of Management. During the Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held later in 2013 his nomination must officially be approved by the shareholders.
