Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. ("Boskalis") announces that it has acquired 127,799 ordinary shares in Dockwise (the Shares) in the course of trading today. All these Shares were acquired through Euronext Amsterdam and were purchased at an average price of EUR 18.50 per Share with a maximum price of EUR 18.50 per Share (which equals NOK 137 as per today).
