Guernsey, 24 December 2012 - 21st December 2012 end of day closed the period offered to Shareholders of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") to elect to receive the final dividend for the annual period ended 31 July 2012 either in cash or in the form of newly issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares").
25.45% of Volta's Shareholders elected to receive the dividend payment in Shares.
Hence, 397 583 new shares will be issued on the 28th of December.
