AMSTERDAM (29 November 2012) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and NYSE Euronext: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 37,995 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Wednesday, 21 November 2012, through Thursday, 29 November 2012, at an average price of USD $101.74 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
