(Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading international family stem cell bank and the largest bank in Europe, announces that Marc Waeterschoot has stepped down as Non-Executive Director for personal reasons. Mr. Waeterschoot, co-founder of the Company, has been actively involved in Cryo-Save for over 12 years and will remain a shareholder in the Company.
