Further to the revised share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on October 31, 2012, the Company announces that during the period from November 17 until and including November 23, 2012, the Company has not repurchased any of its Ordinary Shares. This is the fourth release post the announcement of the termination of the previous buy-back programme and the announcement of the revised buy-back programme. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme to date is 16,076 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 51,407. Hence the number of Ordinary shares outstanding in issue is 21,230,639.
