Further to the share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on September 22, 2011, the Company announces that during the period from October 13 until and including October 19, 2012, Company has repurchased 8,197 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of EUR 3.07 per share for a total consideration of EUR 25,190. This is the fifty sixth release post the announcement of the buy-back programme. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme to date is 173,195 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 524,536. The buyback program is subject to the regulatory price and volume restrictions and the reason for such a small quantity of share repurchase is the low average daily volume.
