Further to the share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on September 22, 2011, the Company announces that during the period from October 6 until and including October 12, 2012, Company has repurchased 8,849 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of EUR 3.01 per share for a total consideration of EUR 26,668. This is the fifty fifth release post the announcement of the buy-back programme. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme to date is 164,998 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 499,346. The buyback program is subject to the regulatory price and volume restrictions and the reason for such a small quantity of share repurchase is the low average daily volume.
