October 11, 2012 - ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), a leading international consultancy, design, engineering and management services company, today announced that its Asian subsidiary Langdon & Seah (L&S) have been appointed as full-service Quantity Surveying Consultant for the first phase of the M+ at the West Kowloon Cultural District in Hong Kong.
