Exact completes divestment of Orisoft

Exact Group B.V. (“Exact”) announces that it has sold Orisoft Technology (Orisoft), based in Malaysia, to the existing Orisoft management team through a management buyout. The initiation of the divestment process for Orisoft as a non-core business activity was announced in the H1 2012 financial results press release on July 25, 2012.
Erik van der Meijden, CEO, Exact: “During the first half of 2012 we assessed our options for sustainable growth. As a result, we have decided to apply more focus and organize the company around two business units: Cloud Solutions for our Exact Online portfolio and Business Solutions for our traditional software solutions (Exact Globe Next, Exact Synergy Enterprise and Exact Financials). The strategic review also concluded that the activities of Orisoft no longer complement the core business of Exact. We are pleased to see that with the management buyout the envisioned future plans of Orisoft stay intact.”
