(Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading international family stem cell bank and the largest bank in Europe, announces that Marc Waeterschoot, co-founder and Executive Director of Cryo-Save, will resign as Executive Director of the Group after 12 years of active involvement. He will step down from his Executive position on 30 September 2012.
