Further to the share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on September 22, 2011, the Company announces that during the period from September 15 until and including September 21, 2012, Company has repurchased 3,823 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of EUR 2.83 per share for a total consideration of EUR 10,801. This is the fifty second release post the announcement of the buy-back programme. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme to date is 137,340 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 416,322. The buyback program is subject to the regulatory price and volume restrictions and the reason for such a small quantity of share repurchase is the low average daily volume.
