Further to the share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on September 22, 2011, the Company announces that during the period from August 25 until and including August 31, 2012, Company has repurchased 254 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of EUR 2.84 per share for a total consideration of EUR 721. This is the forty ninth release post the announcement of the buy-back programme. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme to date is 125,886 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 384,102. The buyback program is subject to the regulatory price and volume restrictions and the reason for such a small quantity of share repurchase is the low average daily volume.
