AMSTERDAM (30 August 2012) – Core Laboratories N.V. (trading symbol: "CLB") repurchased a total of 20,000 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Monday, 20 August 2012, through Wednesday, 29 August 2012, at an average price of USD $122.13 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
