AMSTERDAM (27 July 2012) – Core Laboratories N.V. (trading symbol: "CLB") repurchased a total of 70,000 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Thursday, 19 July 2012, through Friday, 27 July 2012, at an average price of USD $108.78 per share for a total consideration of USD $7,614,492 (excluding commission and wire fees). These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
