TIE announces New Director of EU Operations

TIE Kinetix (“TIE”) appoints Mr. Marc Gijsberts as Director of EU Operations effective as of date July 16, 2012.
Marc Gijsberts joins TIE as Director of EU Operations. Mr. Gijsberts brings more than 20 years of leadership experience helping companies drive growth using innovative E-commerce and supply chain technologies. He will be a key part of the global SaaS services leadership team and be therefore an active member for the definition, implementation and operations of current and future SaaS services, project management and support in the EU reporting directly to COO Mr. Brian Tervo.
“Marc is an exceptional addition to the team, bolstering the depth and breadth of our expertise in our European and global teams,” said Mr. Tervo. “His keen insight and experience managing diverse technology personnel with a proven track record of success will be of great benefit to TIE and our customers.” TIE is continuing to further optimize its global 24/7 support worldwide in a response to the continuously globally growing SaaS business in E-commerce, Content Syndication and Business Integration.
TIE will grant Mr. Gijsbert in this position the right to acquire 150,000 shares of TIE Holding, at a share price of EUR 0.10, commencing as of the date of appointment. The shares will have a three year lock-up period.
