Aviva intends to increase its sale of ordinary shares Delta Lloyd Group via accelerated book building to 37 million ordinary shares
Resulting in a stake of a little under 20% in Delta Lloyd Group
In addition to the press release Delta Lloyd NV ("Delta Lloyd") published earlier today announcing that it's major shareholder, Aviva plc ("Aviva"), intends to further reduce its stake in Delta Lloyd, Delta Lloyd now announces that due to favourable investor demand, Aviva has decided to increase the size of its disposal, from 25 million to up to 37 million shares.
