Aviva intends to sell around 25 million ordinary shares Delta Lloyd Group via accelerated book building
Resulting in a stake of approximately 27% in Delta Lloyd Group
Delta Lloyd NV ("Delta Lloyd") hereby announces that its major shareholder, Aviva plc ("Aviva"), announced today that it intends to further reduce its stake in Delta Lloyd Group. This decision is in line with the strategy of Aviva, which it had announced at the time of Delta Lloyd Group's initial public offering in November 2009.
