Mr. Torleif Ahlsand, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory
Board has today exercised 100,000 stock options at
NOK 6.85 per share. Total number of shares and stock
options held once the transaction has effectively
been completed, including shares and options held by
his wholly owned company Brownske Bevegelser AS are
472,992 divided into 472,992 shares and 0 options.
Mr. Ahlsand is a General Partner of Northzone
Ventures, that holds 5,449,175 shares in Funcom N.V.
Mr. Bjørn Toften, CFO of Funcom has today exercised
11,116 stock options at an average of NOK 3.60 per
share and subsequently sold 26,000 shares. Total
number of shares and stock options held once the
transaction has effectively been completed are
201,200 divided into 72,033 shares and 129,167
options, at conditions as previously announced.
Mr. Morten Larssen, SVP Sales & Marketing of Funcom
has today exercised 11,116 stock options at an
average of NOK 3.60 per share and subsequently sold
25,000 shares. Total number of shares and stock
options held once the transaction has effectively
been completed are 187,417 divided into 58,250 shares
and 129,167 options, at conditions as previously
announced.
The above mentioned sales were mainly executed to
cover the acquisition cost for the new shares and
taxes incurred as a result of the exercise of
options. The difference between the stock price at
the time of exercise and the exercise price is being
taxed as gross employment income. All shares sold
were acquired as a result of exercising options
granted as part of the share-based payment program in
Funcom - where part of the salaries are remunerated
by grant of options. The sales of shares were made at
an average of NOK 15.52 per share.
