Delft, June 21, 2012 – During the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Exact Holding N.V. (“Exact“) held today, Onno Krap (46) was appointed member of the Board of Managing Directors and CFO in accordance with the nomination of the Supervisory Board. Krap succeeds Max Timmer, who stepped down as of April 26, 2012.
Krap comments: “Upon my nomination, Max Timmer decided to continue working at Exact until July 1, 2012 in order to ensure a proper handover. Both of us are now completely absorbed by this process; and it only strengthens my view of Exact as a company with solid growth potential. I’m looking forward to work with the team and contribute to the success of the business.”
