Delft, June 21, 2012 – Exact Holding N.V. (“Exact“) announces that Rob Hoevens has stepped down from the Supervisory Board today in order to devote his time and attention to managing Longview’s European operations.
Over the past months Rob Hoevens has been closely involved in the development of Longview, for which Exact sees high potential with both the CPM and new tax offering. Hoevens will be leading the Longview operations in Europe, focusing on sales and relationship management. This demanding position cannot be combined with the membership of the Supervisory Board, resulting in stepping down from the Board effective today. Exact is confident that Rob Hoevens, with his knowledge, experience and network, can fully realize the promising potential of Longview
Supervisory Board
With Rob Hoevens stepping down, the Supervisory Board now exists of two people; Rolf Deves and Thierry Schaap. Peter van Haasteren, COO at e-office and former member of the Board of Managing Directors at Exact, will be nominated for appointment as new member of the Supervisory Board at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held in September 2012. Additional candidates are currently being sought.
