On 6 June 2012, employees of Funcom have exercised 205,925 stock options at an average price of NOK 3.68 per share.
The issued share capital of Funcom N.V. after the capital increase pertaining to the stock option exercise, including the exercise of options as disclosed on 26 April 2012 (200,000 options), 1 June 2012 (50,000 options) in addition to the conversion of one bond as disclosed on 1 June 2012 will be EUR 2,484,937.88.
