Geneva, April 23, 2012 – ST-Ericsson, a world leader in wireless platforms and semiconductors, will provide its strategic update on the afternoon (European Central Time) of April 23, 2012.
As previously disclosed, the Company will announce its first quarter 2012 financial results on the same day after the New York Stock Exchange closes.
Both press releases will be available immediately after publication on the Company’s website at www.stericsson.com.
The management of ST-Ericsson will conduct a conference call on April 23, 2012 at 06:00 pm Central European Time (CET) / 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), to discuss the strategic update, followed by a Q&A session.
