Guernsey, 19 April 2012 - 11th April 2012 end of day closed the period offered to Shareholders of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") to elect to receive the interim dividend for the semi-annual period ended 31 January 2012 either in cash or in the form of newly issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares").
13.16% of Volta's Shareholders elected to receive the dividend payment in Shares.
