Grontmij N.V. announces that Mr Jean-Luc Schnoebelen has been suspended as a member of the Executive Board by the Supervisory Board with immediate effect and that a proposal to terminate his position will be submitted to an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
The suspension is based on the functioning and behaviour of Mr Schnoebelen as a member of the Executive Board, as well as on his lack of support to the review of Grontmij’s financial structure.
