Amsterdam, the Netherlands, January 19, 2012 - Ahold today announced consolidated net sales of €7.3 billion for the fourth quarter of 2011, an increase of 4.5 percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2010. At constant exchange rates net sales were up 4.3 percent.
For the full year 2011, consolidated net sales were €30.3 billion, an increase of 2.5 percent compared to 2010. At constant exchange rates net sales were up 5.5 percent.
