Eindhoven, December 19, 2011 – Catalis SE, the worldwide service provider for the digital media and entertainment industry, announces that its Board of Directors resolved today to increase its existing share capital of € 5,487,172.00 consisting of 54,871,720 shares with a nominal value of € 0.10 each by up to € 400,000 representing up to 4,000,000 new shares to up to € 5,887,172.00 representing up to 58,871,720 shares.
