ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., ING Bank N.V., JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. and The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. (together, the Bookrunners and Mandated Lead Arrangers) are pleased to announce the signing of the EUR175 million Revolving Credit Facility (the "Facility") for Schiphol Group.
The stand-by Facility refinances Schiphol's existing Revolving Credit Facility originally dated June 2008 and has a tenor of 5 years with two 1-year extension options. Syndication was launched on 13 September, targeted at Schiphol's existing relationship banks.
