Delta Lloyd Bank NV in Belgium announces that it will repurchase the mortgages underlying the externally placed RMBS Notes of B-Arena 2006 (compartment 1). As a result, Delta Lloyd Bank NV in Belgium will facilitate the full redemption of the outstanding notes on the following optional redemption date: B-Arena 2006 (compartment 1) Classes A, B, C, D, E, F and G on October 24, 2011. Delta Lloyd Bank NV in Belgium is a 100% owned subsidiary of Delta Lloyd Bankengroep NV, which is fully owned by Delta Lloyd NV ("Delta Lloyd Group").
