On 29 October 2010, Amsterdams Effectenkantoor B.V. ("AEK") and ForFarmers Group B.V. have entered into an agreement pursuant to which AEK will from the Admission Date, being 8 November 2010 until 30 June 2011 act as liquidity provider for the trade in the Depository Receipts.
