Guernsey. 7 April 2011 - Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam: ECT) (the "Company") announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 19 May 2011, at the Company's registered office at 2:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m. CET).
