Further to the share buy-back programme announced on 11 February 2011, Nutreco announces that during the period from 18 February until and including 24 February 2011, Nutreco purchased 223.663 of its shares at an average price of EUR 52,81 per share. The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 333.163 common shares for a total consideration of EUR 17.7 million.
