(“TIE”) reports that the contract with Rabobank will not be extended It has been decided not to extend the contract. As a result of this, the credit facility amounting to EUR 350k, will be reduced in steps, and ends on February 28, 2011. TIE is investigating the options to obtain a credit facility with another bank and expects that the repayment of the facility does not lead to cash flow issues, due to the restricted size of the facility. Once a new credit facility has been provided, TIE will use the funds for the daily operation and business development.
