Zeewolde, The Netherlands, 10 August 2010. Today, Swedish daily 'Dagens
Industri' published an article about Spyker Cars N.V.'s and Saab Automobile AB's
ownership structure and their funding. As the claims made in the article are
purely speculative and lack any factual basis, Spyker Cars N.V. (“Spyker”) and
Saab Automobile A.B. (“Saab”) have decided to stop all interactions with this
Swedish publication.
