On behalf of the board of directors of Yatra Capital Limited (“Yatra”), please find attached for your reference a copy of an announcement published today containing notification of the merger of Yatra’s Investment Manager, Saffron Capital Advisors Limited and IL&FS Investment Advisors LLC (“IIAL”), a leading India focused fund management house with over USD 2.8 billion in capital under management. The merger remains subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory body. It is anticipated that, once finalised, the merger will create the largest Indian alternative assets fund manager.
