HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited Announces Publication of Summary Document

Further to its announcement of 13 April 2010, HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE" or the "Company") has today published a summary document ("Summary Document") in connection with the proposed admission of its shares ("Shares") to trading on the Specialist Fund Market ("SFM") of the London Stock Exchange plc.
Application has been made for the entire issued share capital of HVPE to be admitted to trading on the SFM and it is expected that trading will commence at 8am (UK time) on 12 May 2010.
